Product Description

FIW (fully insulated wire) is a wire product that can replace the traditional TIW (three-layer insulated wire) for the production of switch transformers. The production process of FIW features multiple individual insulation coatings and online high-voltage continuity testing to ensure reliable and defect-free insulation. The temperature resistance grade reaches 180 degrees; (three-layer insulated wire 105ºC - 130ºC). 2. The insulation breakdown voltage is high, >15KV; and the insulation strength is high with direct soldering performance (390ºC, 2s; no need to strip the film). It can be customized according to customer requirements with different insulation layer thickness grades and multiple color options.
